Workforce Wednesdays Bring Job Seekers and Employers Together for Workforce Development Month

The Department of Workforce Development (DWD) invites employers, job seekers, and partners to explore services at job centers across the state from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesdays, Sept. 10, 17, and 24, 2025 to mark Workforce Development Month.

Visit the Job Center near you to learn more about:

  • Expanded navigation services offered by experts who can help you find the right career for you.
  • Business services from specialized staff including targeted job posting, wage comparison, and labor market information that will help you find the right talent.
  • Information and assistance for groups including veterans, job seekers living with a disability, justice-involved individuals.
  • Accessing job center services through a local library, the DWD Mobile Career labs, and in Department of Correction locations.
